When Husband’s Get Old

The most amazing, funny, gorgeous, beautiful thing happened to me over the weekend!

But before I can tell you what that was, I need to give you a bit of back-story… [CLICK HERE to read on the blog]
My husband and I both get our hair cut at the same place, but not by the same stylists, and we’re usually not there together.

But this weekend, all the schedules aligned, and off to the hair studio we went…

… and while my husband was mid-trim, I popped over to ask him something.

As I walked away, the man cutting my husband’s hair asks him, “Is that your daughter?”

This obviously means three things:

I will never stop using this face cream.
I will never let my husband live this moment down.
That hair stylist received the BIGGEST tip of his life.

And as an addendum to those three things above, I also think I deserve a raise (… when I told my husband this he informed me that I was a volunteer so not entitled to any form of compensation or glory)

But, ladies, it’s going to be a good week in our household. 😁😁😁

… Later that night, after I texted my husband (who was sitting next to me on the couch) the 3rd meme that followed the lines of this:

… he told me I should buy a new book and occupy myself in a more productive way.

Can’t argue with that logic.
